Inside Customer Service Representative


We are currently interviewing for a Inside Customer Service Representative / Parts person for our Edmonton location to support our rapidly growing sales team at APD. You will be joining a successful commercial sales team that is well trained, motivated, and focused on providing a Superior Customer Experience. We are looking for an energetic, professional individual with prior inside sales experience to enhance our Sales Team in achieving impressive business results.  


In this position, you will report to the Branch Manager.

Successful candidates will possess the following: 

 

  • Minimum of 1 year Automotive Aftermarket experience
  • Working knowledge of automotive systems, including charging systems, electrical, fuel, cooling, drive line, etc.
  • Knowledge of Point of Sale and electronic Cataloging systems
  • Understanding of cataloging index system
  • Ability to read Mfg automotive components paper cataloging system
  • Ability to lift 40-50 pounds
  • Basic Computer skills
  • Journeyman certificate would be beneficial, but not necessary

  • Territory Sales Manager

    We are currently interviewing for a Territory sales manager to support our rapidly growing sales team at APD. You will be joining a successful commercial sales team that is well trained, motivated, and focused on providing a Superior Customer Experience. We are looking for an energetic, professional individual with prior outside sales experience to enhance our Sales Team in achieving impressive business results.

    In this position, you will report to the Sales Manager. You will be part of a team of qualified Territory sales managers that will be responsible for acquisition, retention, and growth of our client base.

  • Ability to analyze data, develop strategic plans, and improve financial results
  • Excellent communication skills and competitive drive
  • Ability to travel within market territory (minimal overnight travel)
